This shop rules. They got me in next day, and replaced my entire break system by 3pm. They even gave me a free ride to and from work while my truck was being serviced. Worth the money.

Someone messed with our wires on my Suburban while we stayed at a hotel. They got us right in and diagnosed our problem and fixed the wires. They blessed us and didn’t charge us anything. They made our grandchildren very comfortable and help with their anxiousness. This place was a God send. They were honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

David Toles is the Chick-Fil-A of auto repair -- friendly service, integrity, premium experience compared to competitors. They make you feel like family.
I needed substantial service on my Toyota. I took it to David Toles and had a series of pleasant in-person and phone conversations with Tim and Jim at the front desk. I found both to be positive, down to earth, and keen to help. They delivered the service I needed with no pressure to upsell, and no surprises. And I could feel the difference on the drive home.
You may pay a premium for service at David Toles versus competitors. What you're really paying for is peace of mind -- that you won't be tricked or cajoled into service you didn't actually need. They also offer a one-year warranty on any parts or service they administer. I discussed two different potential repairs with them, and they talked me out of one of them, saying it was unnecessary. To me, that type of honesty is worth a higher price tag or a longer drive to Duncan Road.
So next time you're looking to repair your vehicle, don't settle for a quarter pounder. Get that Spicy Chicken Deluxe at David Toles on Duncan Road.

Great experience. I was an out of state buyer looking online at a car nearby their shop. They did a thorough pre-purchase inspection on it and went over what they found with me in detail. It's great to speak with the person who did the inspection as opposed to just getting a report. Setting up the inspection was super easy, even over the phone. Highly recommended!

The vehicle was towed in from Big O Tire
With a non starting issue. We diagnosed the vehicle and determined that we needed to put a starter on it to try to get the vehicle to turn over
When Amber was called we explained to her that car would not turn over and we needed to start with the starter but this may not fix all of the issues the vehicle was having. So upon installing the starter the motor it still wouldn't crank over ,the motor seem to have resistance like something was dropped down inside the engine from the previous work she had done on the top of the engine from the previous shop.
We did reach out to Amber and WE DID REFUND PARTIAL MONEY TO HER, and she was satisfied with this outcome.
It is never our intention to take money from anyone for things they do not need we only want to provide the best service we possibly can and fix as many issues as possible for a great price !
We take pride in what we do and we appreciate all of customers that has taken care of us over the years .

David Toles Auto are crooks. At this point I’m pretty certain all mechanics are. I’ve yet to find an honest one yet. My mother recommended I take my car to them and so I did. They charged me $500 to have a new starter put on and my car hasn’t ran since. I had it towed to them and from them. At first they told me they would take the starter back and refund me a portion, if not all of the money for the starter. I can’t get anyone at the shop to return my calls. It’s been a month and I’m out a car and $500 for a starter that has never been used.

We wanted to get away from the big chain auto repair places and gave David Toles a call. From an engine change, to brakes, to oil changes, the guys at David Toles have taken super good care of us. Best prices in town, by far! From the minute we walked in the door, we were treated like family. Will continue to take our business to Jim and the gang at David Toles!

Initially when they fixed my car, I believe they forgot a step when adding oil and my car broke down again. That being said, though, they were quick to pay for a tow truck and easy repair to get my car going again. They are eager to help and are much more personable than big auto repair companies. Would definitely recommend!

We are from Lexington and we needed a last minute auto inspection done. David Toles didn't know us but they were SO kind. They worked us in and even gave me a Pepsi! They also gave us good advice about the car and all for free. These are good people and you should tax your car there!

David Toles Auto Pros and his crew did an outstanding job for us today. We are in town for a short time and we had a bearing going or maybe gone. His crew said to bring it in and they jumped right on it and we were done and out the door in just a couple of hours from diagnostics to back going again.
