Employees are always outside smoking! Smells terrible as you walk in. Aisles filled with carts and unable to pass thru them. Coupons NEVER work! And if you use them the clerk talks terrible to you and shows terrible inconsiderate faces!

WILMA AND NINA are rude as well as every other employee in that store! Wilma tried to kick me out of the store because my husband sat down 35 lbs worth of groceries onto a self checkout that wasn’t even running because their cashier wanted to have 20 minute conversations with customers while the line was wrapped around the aisles. Don’t go to DG Holmes street because they’re all related and they gang up on their customers! District manager as well as corporate have been contacted and hopefully they all lose their jobs for their extreme hostility and lack of customer service! That store is nasty and there is always boxes blocking the aisles as well because the employees stand behind the counter doing nothing and nothing ever gets put away! Very hard to find things in that store! They never clean either and the store stinks! These people are rude and nasty and only want to make peoples lives harder because they clearly have no work ethic and should not be in charge of a hamster let alone a whole store!

Horrible experience me and my family went in there to just buy a few things and the self checkout was closed so since we were holding 24 packs of Mountain Dew and 48 packs of water, we put it down on that while we were waiting on the line so then this overweight lady just yells at us and threatens to call the cops when we did not do a single thing but sit down 24 pounds worth of stuff on a broken down self check out

The new manger Nina is above amazing. The store is lucky to get a manger like her, she goes far and beyond for them, I walk on a regular, she has tooken me home , anytime I need help she has. Even spent a day trying to get a phone to work I bought there. Don't let her go

Awesome dollar general on the outskirts of Frankfort. The store is well stocked and has a wide selection of items. The prices were reasonable and the store was fairly clean.
