“I moved here from another state with At&t service. My phone was old and my service here was horrid. Went to Metro got myself and fiance new phones. We got great service [UNLIMITED*] and Amazon Prime (I was already paying for it...separately) Oh and did I mention I am saving money on my monthly bill now too!!! We are extremely satisfied customers!!!”

They are very friendly and willing to work with you as well just always be honest with them straight up. Great people working there that made me a very very happy customer ??? I am very thankful for all they went through to try to figure a TV stand to fit my tv and to make sure I was happy!! “The employees did a GREAT job and if this review was only about them it would be 5 stars. However I went to add a line and was told I could get a free A32 but they didn't have any in stock and I couldn't wait on a new one so I ended up having to get a different phone which then required accessories and a plan upgrade. It ended up being over $100 more because they didn't have the only free phone in stock.”
