When the blower motor on my son's just-out-of-warranty furnace quit working, Ashley Blankenship, at Ferguson of Frankfort, Kentucky, was not only quick to help, but made sure that the non-OEM part that she had in stock would replace my son's faulty motor. After giving her what information that I had about his furnace and explaining to her that he, his wife, and newborn son were holed up in one room using a space heater for survival, Ashley made a few calls to ensure the best part, best price, and fastest delivery to my son two-and-a-half hours away.
The next afternoon the part was at my son's house, his repairman quickly arrived and in less than ten minutes–all was well!
I cannot thank Ashley Blankenship enough for her EXCELLENT customer care. She deserves to be commended! I told her about my past in retail management–that I would have loved to have had a store full of people just like her!
If you have any reason to call on Ferguson in Frankfort, know that Ashley is there and truly wants to take care of you!
