I had a remote start installed here. My memory being not so good I forgot how to use it after a week of not needing it. So, I called Todd and complained that it doesn't work (thinking I was doing it right...duh). He told me to bring it in, so I did. He patiently showed me how to do it properly AGAIN, and I thanked him for not being condescending. I highly recommend Todd and his crew.

Very bad service, a full day to install a camera... which I'm sure another place would have done in an hour... They also said a price but since the job was complicated because they didn't know what they were doing, they charged me more than agreed... This is my second job they did for me and when they installed my radio in my van, they broke some buttons on the dashboard and left it like that. Besides being irresponsible, they don't know anything and they do a poor job... I won't be returning.
