They have a wide variety of equipment and multiples of most things. If you can't find the right stuff for your work out here that's on you. The strong man/power lifting area is awesome. There is even a CrossFit box.This place has everything!

I don't work out but the place look clean and all the equipment to get in shape. I was there because FIT4LIFE hosted a America Red Cross blood drive. And hope they host another. But for people who love to work out at the gym this would be your place.

This gym is huge! It has all the equipment you will need, whether you're looking to compete in Strongman or bodybuilding, or just stay in shape. It's pretty much the polar opposite to a Planet Fitness and I definitely recommend it!
