Just joined for the past few months and the place is great. The people and staff are all friendly and they accept anyone - senior citizens, college athletes, suburban parents, and body builders. Plenty of equipment, weights, machines, and cardio. This is where legends are made!

I had a membership there for a year and never had any problems. It can get loud and crowded but you learn your days and times. There's a good selection of machines and they keep plenty of spray bottles and rags around to clean the machines before and after use. Best gym on the West side

The best gym in Frankfort. They have a great variety of equipment and everything is clean. Smells clean. My only complaint is some of the equipment needs repairs.
