Five Below is a value retailer offering a wide variety of trend-right products across categories like Style, Room, Tech, Candy, and more. While most items are priced between $1 and $5, some items, like certain camping chairs, are priced beyond five dollars. The stores are normally clean, tidy, very well lit, and organized. They are well up-kept and very stocked, with constantly changing merchandise alongside staples that keeps the store fresh with new items to look through, usually at good prices. Some locations are bigger than others, offering way more selections. The store often has a high throughput of customers. Employees are friendly, helpful, outgoing, and seem very busy, but will stop what they’re doing to help if needed. Customer service is good. While not a place every customer would visit frequently, it is an interesting store to pick up a few quick items, from phone accessories and kids toys to art supplies and T-shirts.
Childish, the kids seemed to love it. Definitely not somewhere I would shop for myself.

The management at this five and below is amazing. I’m not sure if Nikki is a manager or just an employee but she has top-notch customer service skills. Thank you Nikki for making my five below experience amazing.
