Took our car in for windshield replacement and paint chips on the hood. we got it back 2weeks later, First,, they put a JUNK aftermarket rear view mirror REPLACEMENT""nothing was wrong with the original mirror""the rear view mirror has came off, they said they had to take the hood off to fix the chips in the paint,,, and now the hood lift support doesn't work and the paint where they tried to fix the paint chips looks AWFUL!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

My recent ordeal with Caliber Collision, stretching from March 8th to April 4th, was nothing short of a harrowing experience in customer service and professionalism. Over the span of just a few weeks, I endured a relentless barrage of disappointments and frustrations that left me questioning the very competency of this establishment.With each attempt to have my car repaired, I had to carve out precious time from my work day to arrange transportation to and from the shop. Despite these efforts, every visit to their facility resulted in the same disheartening outcome. Whether it was the first, second, third, or fourth time I brought my vehicle in, the result remained consistent – promises unfulfilled, excuses abundant, and a glaring lack of communication.Every scheduled drop-off for my vehicle, the elusive PDR person (a subcontractor, not an employee) was consistently missing in action, leaving me trapped in a frustrating cycle. What should have been a straightforward process of assessing and repairing hail damage transformed into a convoluted maze of incompetence and exasperation. And every time, I received zero communication from Caliber about his absence until after I arrived at the shop.In a display of misplaced bravado from Tristan, the employee with whom I had been coordinating repairs and appointments, accused me of making threats merely for expressing my dissatisfaction and mentioning my intention to seek repairs elsewhere. After I ended the call, his subsequent rage-filled call backs only served to underscore his lack of professionalism and fragility.Moreover, when I mentioned to Tristan that I managed to only have one tiny dent on my car in the 7 years I've owned it, he asked me to show him. Upon inspection, he assured me that the PDR guy would fix it too. However, this offer seemed more like a ploy for Caliber to charge the full amount of the estimate provided by my insurance company, despite 50% of the dents repairing themselves over the course of the last month due to warmer temperatures. (Hey Progressive, you reading this?)In conclusion, Caliber Collision's abysmal communication, unprofessionalism, and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction are unparalleled. Spare yourself the anguish and seek assistance elsewhere. This establishment stands as a cautionary tale of customer service gone awry, and I deeply regret not heeding the warnings of my coworkers who advised me to steer clear of this place.

A lady crashed into my driver door. Caliber fixed it up like new in a timely manner. When I picked up the car they had washed it and even put tire shine on the tires. Thoroughly impressed.

I can't say enough about these guys. My wreck was so stressful.. I was mentally and physically going through challenges. On top of that my car was destroyed. I have never been through Caliber Collison, so I took a risk with them. But they blew my expectations out of the water... they kept me updated and informed at all times. They were available for any questions, we texted every other day. When I picked up my car from them, my mind was blown. I fell in love with my car again, honestly more than when I bought it a year ago. They were very informative, had great customer service, and made this the most stress free this situation could ever be. I would go to them 100 more times without hesitation. Thank you guys and gals for being understanding, sweet and all around awesome. Thank you for fixing my car and helping me get back onto the road! The before picture doesn't look as bad as it was, a lot of problems that you couldn't see. Pictures don't do justice!
