All I can say is that I love Lauren! She always does a fantastic job on my hair. She always goes the extra mile, too. I always get complimented on my fresh hair cut. Can't believe some of the reviews on here. Apparently, you need to go somewhere that charges a hundred plus for a haircut and I'm sure you still wouldn't be happy. Anyway. Thanks, Lauren for always taking the time and going the extra mile.

I’ve had bad haircuts in the past or at least I thought I had until I received a haircut at this establishment I had asked for a skin fade into a 3 on top and what I received was straight across bangs almost bowl cuttish although the right side was visibly longer there was also big spots of long hair left in the fade that were clearly visible though I cannot remember her name this lady rushed through my hair and didn’t take a second look and apparently I didn’t take a good enough look in the mirror or I would’ve never paid for such services. She also gave me a man made receding hairline but only on one side when I called to ask them to fix it which what I really meant was buzz it all off because except the bowl bangs there was nothing left to do anything with so when I asked them to fix it they said it was too close to closing and I’d have to come back tomorrow and I was absolutely livid so I had to go spend $15 more on my own clippers making this devious haircut come out to $37 now I am skin faded bald every where as well as accidentally cutting off my peak cause of course I’m not a cosmetologist but I’m starting to wonder if that lady was either so now for the best part of the story I have a job interview tomorrow and I look like an absolute crazy person so not only has this establishment ruined my day today but possibly for many more so thank you great clips on Leonardwood I pray for any incoming customers

I'll never go back. No where even close to what I asked for like im about to cry right now my hair looks awful. 😭😭😭😭 and trying to convince me that I like it when I don't is crazy and I guess what I wanted was considered a Karen hair cut ? Well if that's what it is that's what I wanted not what ever I got. 😩

They also have an app where you can put your name on the list on your way over there, as well as see how many customers are ahead of you. I think that's brilliant.

Got my kids hair cut here yesterday, absolutely awful. The one acted like she’d never cut hair before and the other one was simply rude. One cut a big hole in the back of my sons hair, and his neckline is about 2 inches too high and my other sons hair looks absolutely ridiculous even though she was told how to cut it at least three times. Will not be back. The place that’s closed over by Qdoba, those girls actually treated my boys nice and cared. These women were awful.

Such a horrible cosmetologist I had. She made me feel less of a human being claimed I had lice when infact I didn't. Would not recommend getting your hair cut or any services here. I left and went to the Eastside location immediately where I was made to feel good about myself and treated like I was human and had feelings.

Everyone at Great Clips is so welcoming & friendly. Laurence always gives me the perfect fade & checks with me several times throughout to make sure I'm happy with the way she is cutting my hair. It's a pleasurable visit, everytime.

DO NOT GO! The person named Laurence or how ever you spell it does not need to be working as a stylist! Absolutely horrified. I have curly hair I asked for my hair to be kept at CHIN LENGTH and got a butchered pixie, on one side, the other is 3 inches longer than the other. . I will not be returning. They messed my hair up so bad. Theres no coming back from this. The person cutting my hair would not listen to me. She started drying my curly hair with a hair dryer and a round brush, all while I was saying- I do t want a hair dryer used on my hair. She continued. When I tried to use her water bottle to wet it down to try to do something with it. She kept taking it out of my hand. I went to go get a trim.. she ruined it. I've been fighting back crying all day.
