As a trucker this area is not that bad for backing into a dock it will depend if there are trucks in front of you so that will play a part in trying to backup.

I was done same way on third shift. not treated fairly. there day two evaulation was working and trying to learn job. friend of mine works out there for years had thirty day evaulation. they don't like you consider your job gone. co workers laugh at you. they learned at first also.
