The service here is top notch. Nathan helped me out on multiple occasions, going above and beyond. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped... and the bed sheets are comfy!

Love staying at Home2 Suites! We have stayed here three times and each time has been great! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. Jessie from the front desk was very helpful and welcoming! He offered complimentary water and snacks upon check-in. Such a nice gesture after driving for hours! The breakfast in the morning is great. Will continue making this our halfway point when traveling.

THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL IN FRANKFORT KY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ben the General Manager and Nathan the Assistant General Manager did everything possible to ensure my stay was excellent. The entire staff are customer friendly and respond quickly to requests for extra hangers or other hotel guests needs. I spend a lot of time traveling for job and I have stayed in many hotels. This hotel is very friendly staffed, the laundry and pool facilities are clean and well maintained. The room is well appointed, clean, and the bed is super comfortable. If I stay in the Frankfort KY area again, you can be sure that I will do my best to stay at this wonderful hotel. Thank Ben and Nathan. Kudos to Tabitha of the front desk staff. Thank you Home2Suites for a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Despite a high star rating, our experience did not match our expectations. Fan in bathroom broken, blackout shade gone, with fasteners visible on the wall, light completely missing and Electrical capped wires hanging out of ceiling.

The rooms were overall nice, I liked the amenities provided. My room 411 could have used some repair around the shower drain and better cleaning of the shower. I had to wash the plate in the microwave. My friends room, 403 the microwave needs to be replaced.
The second shift front guest staff was much friendlier than the first shift person this morning. But the first shift person did seem to be coordinating several activities, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt on that.
I loved the breakfast setup but wished there was hot chocolate to mix with coffee.
Overall, though, I did have a great experience! I would definitely stay again.

Nice up-to-date rooms, but the cleaning needed attention (pillows yellow and a dead flying ant found in bed) and front desk was not stocked with water to purchase.

I've stayed here a couple times. The rooms are clean and spacial. They have a kitenette in their rooms with a full size fridge and dishwasher. They even have some dishes. I was amazed!! The shower had shampoo and conditioner pumps attached to the wall. These bottles are large not like normal hotel shampoos and conditioners. The staff there is friendly. The continental breakfast is so good. They even have a waffle making area if you want a waffle. The facility is clean. The parking spaces are limited. They do have 1 charging area if you have an electric vehicle.

Very Clean. Very quiet. Very comfortable. Pay the lil extra. The suites are so very worth it. Even if only for an over night stay. And the break+fast is so familiar, with just a little extra level of quality that screams sincere care to me.

The worst staff experienced at any Hilton property. Room smelled musty, constant foot noise on the floor, thin walls.

The ONLY reason it didn't get 5 stars....
Tv remote had dead batteries, and the shampoo/conditioner was empty in the shower
However. Place iis clean, modern, good breakfast, quick replies to inquiries, safe location
I will definitely stay here when I'm back in the area.
