Even when it’s not busy my order wasn’t made the way I wanted it to be. To follow simple instructions really says something about the staff. Hopefully in the future they’ll do better.Food: 2/5

Will not be coming back to this establishment. You can go down the road to Mike's and get your order correct and timely. They are understaffed and do not get the order right everytime even if you put instructions on the name section.Food: 1/5

Jacob and Matthew had the best customer service that I have ever seen. They were very respectful and friendly. I had a huge order and they did amazing. The food was delicious. This was my first time at JJ’s and they made me want to come back.
