After giving her what information that I had about his furnace and explaining to her that he, his wife, and newborn son were holed up in one room using a space heater for survival, Ashley made a few calls to ensure the best part, best price, and fastest delivery to my son two-and-a-half hours away.
The next afternoon the part was at my son's house, his repairman quickly arrived and in less than ten minutes–all was well!
