The tech poked and prodded at me repeatedly with needles that were larger than necessary. She told me that she could only use the big ones because they received pediatric and geriatric patients until she was sure she couldn't find a vein. After two times of her digging around with the needle, I got frustrated and asked about what she was doing. She got an attitude and basically said she could just make someone else draw my blood. She said the reason that she couldn't use the butterfly needle in the first place was because the manufacturer wouldn't send more and before that I think she mentioned them being expensive??? Never going back.

First bill I received said I had and outstanding balance, approximately 28 days after getting blood work done like I haven’t paid my bills.

Access ramp from parking lot was frightful. To get to a better ramp it was necessary to walk / roll in the driveway. Window to register was at standing height for a "standard" person. Nice receptionist was also the tech.

2nd visit at this facility. Last year, wrote off being treated as a number as staff having a bad day. Well, today, the same thing happened. Staff treats you like a number. Not personable at all. Come in, sat down, jabbed (and I do mean jabbed) needle in arm, chuckles, says sorry, finishes drawing blood. Says you’re all done. I’ve never had blood drawn that the staff was so careless and unconcerned. They really do need to talk to the patient and explain what they are doing, and be gentle!!!! They need to care! The only positive I can say is that I was in and out quickly. Next year I will drive a little further to have my blood work done.

Very unprofessional staff!! Went for drug screen and was treated like a common criminal because I couldn't afford to pay a past due bill. Lady tells me I can't get my drug screen (which was already paid for by the employer) 2nd lady looks me up and down and processed to tell me about the drug screen process and sarcastically says "are you sure your gonna pass" all because I explained to them I had to scrape change to get there, when I emptied my pockets (and the change from them) the lady judged me as a druggie. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!

Very disappointed with their service. Was told to come in before 4:30, got there and was told that my particular situation has to be done by 3:30. Problem with society ; is everyone does not want to help others cause their miserable! She was not a bit concerned that I drove hour out of my way nor that I have been trying to get this test done for 6 days! Suggest new attitude for Frankfort LabCorp
