We had to listen to a so called General Manager berate and belittle this little Old Lady who is employed there. We saw the bully Manager named Victoria totally yelling and embarrassing this employee. What an very unprofessional Manager they have running the place there as we all felt sorry for this Lady who has to be past retirement age and to be so disrespect by this Victoria. We will not be eating there again and she should be ashamed of her public behavior. Why do you have the meanest people running that McDonald's $$??

Officially going to be giving a low review everytime I'm skipped in the drivethru line. And I mean, 2 cars get to order ahead of me and pull thru on one side of the drive thru at a time.

Service and food usually good and fast. However if you order pancakes or breakfast burritos late morning check to make sure they’re hot. Twice now my pancakes wouldn’t melt butter and burritos cold. Most of the time This a great McDonald’

-Terrible customer service.-Bought a Quarter pounder with red meat inside but was told not to worry, bc it wasn't real meat & I wouldn't get sick.-Pd xtra for tarter or other sauces.-No military, senior or any type of discount.-I live on a fixed income so it's a treat if I get to eat out.-I used to LOVE McDonald's when you were greeted, thanked & even got change back.-Other fast food chains Do give discounts and don't make you feel like a burden.

can't write a review because I can't seem to eat there. Went Friday and neither of the drive thru lines were moving yet there were no cars between the drive thru and the pick up window. Went inside and the cashier couldn't seem to get through three customers in one family. Went again on Saturday and the drive-through was the same way again. Maybe they don't really serve food here, I don't know.

So, I bought food to take back to a Homeless guy near Big Lots. Fries were hot, and it's the only place anywhere, fast food, that 2 people cab eat under $20 any more.

So I placed my order through the app and just sat out front for 40 minutes and didn’t get my food, nobody came and said anything or nothing.. so I drove off and will get the money back through my credit card and will never be back to this place again…

It's a McDonald's, food is as expected. Was hot, fries had salt. Didn't expect a 5 star experience and didn't get one. But I expected cheap food that is bad for me. Got that. Five stars.

McDonalds on Frankfort West Side has been really improving lately. Every time I get my food, it’s been hot and accurate. Staff are friendly and wait time has been short. I will definitely be back.

Placed a mobile order at 11:45 to be picked up at the counter.. ordered a large Coke and large fries.. 15 minutes short of being lunch time.. 12pm... The the fries were ice cold and hard...you could tell they had been prepared in old grease... These could not have been prepared today... No way! They were cold and hard when they only been serving fries since 11:00 a.m. ... No way! The ice machine in the lobby was already out of ice, they had to fill my cup behind the counter... No sanitizer in the wall hanging containers... There never is! Had to get wipes from my own vehicle. I had a free McChicken on the rewards app and decided to place an order for that.. I asked for extra pickles, ketchup and mayonnaise... When I opened the sandwich the entire outside was covered in the condiments... what a mess! The chicken had been overcooked also hard as a rock.This store consistently puts out the most disgusting food and does not represent the McDonald's brand. The employees have no pride in the product that they put out! I have been here several times and will not return... The sister store on the other side of town (FRANKFORT, KENTUCKY) Is exactly the same...same owner, I think.I have contacted corporate, asked them to visit and speak to management...do retraining in the past...not concerned, maybe!FOOD IS UNLIKE ANY OTHER MCDONALD'S I HAVE BEEN TO IN THE PAST AND I HAVE BEEN TO MANY...I AM 61!!!

This McDonalds NEVER gets the order correct in the drive thru!!! There have been countless times that we get the wrong order or something is missing completely. It is just amazing that this happens on such a regular basis!!!

I'm guessing only the manager showed up to work this morning at 5am. The doors are locked and no one is taking orders. There is one woman inside. It is bad business to advertise opening at 5am but being unable to take orders. There is a line of people waiting.
