I only use my phone when I need to, I'm not stuck on my phone like most ppl. But you can do better, half the time I sent a message it fails, if I used my phone constantly like some ppl, I'd be really dissatisfied, supposed to be 5g, well it's not any better than anything else. You always gotta pay more than what something is worth today, so I'm not surprised. Just letting you know, you aren't the best... I deal with it cause it isn't that important to me, but I would like calls and text to go through at least. Banking off other towers, it's to be expected? that's the way the corporate world works...

This is the worst mistake I’ve ever made with cellular service. This is the slowest network and absolutely worst service I’ve ever had. The only thing good is the Amazon Prime membership. Other than that I’ll be changing back to AT&T very soon. I had sprint when it was bought out by T-Mobile. I’ve had nothing but horrible service since!!

I moved here from another state with At&t service. My phone was old and my service here was horrid. Went to Metro got myself and fiance new phones. We got great service [UNLIMITED*] and Amazon Prime (I was already paying for it...separately) Oh and did I mention I am saving money on my monthly bill now too!!! We are extremely satisfied customers!!!

Drove to the other side of town for the store to be closed because the hours posted on here are wrong! They close at 7. Not 8.

Normally a great store with helpful, friendly staff. But tonight, 10/4/2018, they were closed at 7:40pm. What time were they supposed to close? 8:00 pm. Not great customer service.

Had a sucky experience.because I'm already a metro customer.i don't qualify for the family plan.so i have to pay an extra$50 a month. Im going with Boost next month.I'll get 4 phones for $100 .now I'm paying$110 for 3. Once metro gets you as a customer.you no longer matter to them.they just want your money. Mike Allen

I have never had such an awful experience as I have had with the Versailles Rd store. I have been told "tomorrow" for over a week now about getting an iPhone, I've been lied to from the owner about it as well. This has to be the absolute most unprofessional bunch in the cell phone industry. Just disgusted!

I never knew Frankfort had metroPCS. I switched to Sprint and ended up switching back. This is a Beautiful store, the people are nice and it smells AMAZING TOO. I give them 2 thumbs up ðŸ‘ðŸ‘😇

"Hey" Pam here. Come to this location and talk to the manager Major he is super informative, and helpful. I'm 60 now and i don't know that much about phones but i know this, He has helped literally cut my phone bill to half of what it use to be. MetroPCS has been so good to me, i'm honestly wondering if other carriers have robbing there customers. i have unlimited fast data now that use to cost me. all i can say is hes made it worth it.
