The staff at Neil Huffman, both in sales and service, are very friendly. I was attended to upon arrival and my vehicle was taken back for service well before my appointment time. Service was prompt and the staff reviewed the information on my car to ensure they took a look at any recalls in addition to my scheduled service. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, although the service was very speedy so I didn’t have to wait long. While waiting, multiple employees ensured that they smiled and acknowledged my presence. Most dealerships don’t care about you once they’ve got your money, that does not feel like the case at all at Neil Huffman Chevrolet.

I was a "walk in" on a Monday morning at around 8:30 A.M. Car's battery was dead. Service staff got me in and had my car repairs done by around 10:30 A.M. I was so grateful that not only they could fit me in but got the job done quickly!!! My service rep was Adam and he was so nice.I bought my car in 2018 at Neil Huffman Chevrolet and have ALWAYS brought my car to them for routine service and repairs. I have NEVER had a bad experience with this dealership!!

Jordan Delli was great to work with. We traveled 150 miles and it was well worth it. Our GMC Denali truck is gorgeous. The finance guy was great also. Thanks so much for the great service

I've worked in fleet operations with the government for 20+ year and I think GM has made a multi million dollar mistake letting Aaron Hinton work as a service manager.I can only count on one hand the times I've had to get field service engineers (Ford, Chevrolet, CAT, Gradall, etc) evolved to solve problems, although I'd guess that's much more than the average person.In those experiences I have never worked with someone as preeminent as Aaron Hinton To say he is driven, knowledgeable, and well spoken would be a vast understatement.This is wonderful for Neil Huffman, and anyone lucky enough to be in close enough proximity to utilize their service department, but GM (or any other automaker) is missing a golden opportunity to have such a valuable asset in product development & testing.This is my selfish request for a representative from GM to contact Aaron and put his underutilized potential to a greater use.

Extremely poor overall experience. I had high hopes as the Neil Huffman family has a large presence throughout Kentuckiana. We drove just over 2 hours to purchase a Chevrolet 2500HD LT and felt as though we would be able to get to a good number initially.To begin, the individual we spoke with initially was not working that evening and we were passed onto someone else who we had to bring up to speed.The truck had nearly 4,000 more miles on it than advertised. We were offered $750 off for the "additional" use.The rear glass was leaking, water had wicked upward into the headliner staining it, the interior was filthy (dog hair/mud). All of which could be remedied.The worst part of the experience was feeling insignificant during the negotiating process. I was appalled with their initial offer on the trade-in. It was actually below even the lowest KBB assessed value, the trade-in literally had zero flaws in the paint. I understand you have to start somewhere for the negotiation, but to start at the very low-end of the trade and not move from the list price (other than the $750 mileage reduction) sets the stage for a negative situation.On the ride home we were discussing the situation as a whole and to be transparent, we witnessed quite a few individuals in and no deals close that evening. One gentleman spoke to us on his way out indicating that we were "wasting your time here". Unfortunately he was correct in his prediction.

Worst dealership experience ever. We were working with Steven on the purchase of a used vehicle for days before we drove from Indiana. We arrived & the vehicle was "in the shop" but Steven didn't tell us this before we drove an hour & 40 minutes because "he still needed to see the trade." We were told it was in the shop because the "fender needed painted & the cats were being replaced." Needless to say we were upset that that our Friday night was wasted so he offered us a gas card. We declined & left. We were reluctantly still interested in the vehicle because of the pricing & continued to talk to Steven over text. Fast forward to the night before the test drive/final deal. Steven sends us a video of the car saying the "cats were deleted." We had questions about the story so we called him & the story changed again. He said the car was "traded like that" & that the check engine light is on because of the missing catalytic converters. This entire experience was a waste of our time. The story of the vehicle continuously changed & more details were exposed as Steven thought the deal was going to happen.

My family and I were in a tough situation where we did not think it would be possible to trade in my truck for a reliable vehicle. Angie and Scott Kincaid worked for 5 days and found the perfect truck for us! We recommended them to everyone! They will work hard to help in any situation. We are never disappointed!

Back in 2021 i bought my 2017 Ford Escape. I've already had to have a new transmission and it was in another shop for 4 months since Neil Huffman was too busy to check out my vehicle that I bought from them. My check engine light just came on recently. Drove it to Neil Huffman to get the oil changed and have them check it out. Told us if I left it there over the weekend I would have to pay $52 a day for a rental car even though it was explained on the phone yesterday before taking it in. They even said it wasn't guaranteed that I would even have a rental today if I brought it in. So they ask us to bring it in Monday with no guarantee of a rental and I told them I have to be at work. So they told us they don't know what to do. I highly recommend you don't buy a vehicle at Neil Huffman. WHAT A JOKE

Aaron Hinton in the service department is absolutely amazing! Neil Huffman is so lucky to have him. He has went above and beyond for me to help get my vehicle fixed and get me taken car off. I will never go to anyone else. Most honest person I’ve met in the service industry. Will refer all my friends!

I have been loyal to Neil Huffman since I bought my 2021 Traverse brand new from them. I come there for all my oil changes and routine maintenance just as I did this time. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation last week and when I checked in I asked that my brakes be looked at again (for like the 5th time) since buying the car brand new from Neil Huffman. When I first bought the car, I had put only a couple hundred miles on the car before I started having brake noise. Brought it in, was told there was nothing wrong. Noise continued, brought it back, they supposedly found a loose bolt and fixed that and said it was good to go. I’ve continued to have terrible brake noise and they sound like they’re screeching and about to fail at any time. The car is 2 years old, only has 30,000 miles on it, and I continue to have terrible brake noise. I continue to bring it in and ask them to check and all they say is to lubricate them. I think the brakes are warped or the material is faulty or something because it is NOT normal. Not to mention at this visit, I asked them to test drive again to listen for the noise and ended up unexpectedly getting charged for a brake inspection and lubrication of a brake cable without anyone even coming to talk to me to see if I was ok with additional services that were not planned. Given that the car is so new and nobody spoke to me for my ok, I wouldn’t expect to be charged for these services, especially when nobody has charged me until now. When I questioned how this noise could possibly be normal, the only resolution the lady in service who checked me out had to offer was to have my brakes all replaced at my own expense. I shouldn’t have to pay to replace parts on a car that I bought BRAND NEW from this dealership that has had continuous brake noise/issues since it had 200 miles on it. I’m starting to think the bolt that was left loose caused damage somewhere and they’re just trying to cover themselves until the warranty is up on my car at 36,000 miles. So shady and beyond annoying that they continue to send me away with no resolution. Until or unless this brake issue gets resolved, I will not ever recommend Neil Huffman.

I can't believe the wonderful people who work here, James my salesman and Keith the sales manager are the best. It's to long to go into but they really helped me out. They are true to their word and do everything possible to make sure your happy with everything. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else. I can't say enough great things about these folks.

Saw them online and Angie reached out directly. She emailed me and got me all the Information I needed. She was consistent and very attentive to what type of truck I was looking for. She sent me multiple options. Angie and both Scott’s were great. Everyone was so nice and super friendly. Everyone was willing to help in whatever way they could. Angie and Scott did everything they could to make sure I was happy. Went home with a 2023 Chevy Colorado. Highly recommend.

We were traveling to our home in Georgia and broke down at a rest area on I-64. Your parts manager, Dan had the parts and was able to send someone to deliver them to us. 5-star customer service. We were so thankful. We couldn’t ask for anything better!!

Go see Angie! She’s is amazing this is like our fourth time working with her. she was there to help buy our very first car and now even helping us sell our truck she was on top of it and everything was ready when we got there!
