I felt the sales team went out of their way to give me the car that I was looking for. There was a beautiful one that I test drove, and I liked everything about it except the color. Which seems inconsequential, but it was important to me. And they brought one in that was in the color that I wanted. I bought it on the spot. It was a great experience, and I would absolutely recommend them again.

Recently purchased used 2021 F-250 from Larry Rose and Conner Smith. Larry is somewhat like myself, an old timer who didn’t try to dazzle me with normal car salesman nonsense which I really appreciated! Conner is very respectful and professional young fella! When I returned next day to get my truck, it was super detailed and ready to go with 1/2 tank fuel! Thanks guys, good job!

I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue at Neil Huffman Nissan in Frankfort KY. I have to say it was the smoothest car purchase I have ever experienced. RJ and Mike are awesome. So friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the vehicles. After some thinking I've decided to place a review.Though the people are friendly, the dealers here are only looking to make their commissions trying to sell big or go home.I was stuck in a rock and a hard place with my current vehicle due to unexpected issues and we decided we were going either trade or get an additional vehicle, but they had already written me off with what information I had given them not wanting to show my full hand til I could see what customer service and suggestions they could give me.I was not shown any vehicles and was immediately being asked about how much down payment I was willing to place which I find unnecessary until I can view what options I have avalible to me.With the poor judgement they placed onto me, I went to Toyota in frankfort and was given much more consideration and time and was shown vehicles before I was even asked about my down payment and felt no pressure or judgement.Toyota in Frankfort got me into a vehicle with affordable payments and interest rate, and something worth my buck the same day i had visited Nissan.I will not be bringing mine or my family/friends business back to this dealership. They lost out on a customer who was able to do so much more than what my situation or appearance seemed.Edit: I have seen the reply that Neil has sent, and though in the past i have been there before to look at vehicles this recent experience i was not offered to even look at any vehicles nor opportunity to look into my financing options. there was not even a vehicle in mind besides me mentioning i was thinking of looking into a 3rd row.

Worst experience ever! They treat women and elderly people like we are trash. Throw things into contract and give you lemon of cars then will NOT back it at all and try to just get you to be quiet! I’ll never ever ever give them a penny of my money again!! Crooked crooked company and people! Now my sales guys and sales manager at the time were amazing! Thank you Michael and Steve for all you tried to do!!!

My daughter and I have been taking her 1st vehicle to be serviced at Neil Huffman Nissan of Frankfort. Their Service Department has been extremely helpful and has explained everything to my daughter step by step. I would recommend them to anyone.

Well, after writing my review of Neil Huffman Nissan in Frankort, they responded on here that I needed to send an email to their customer service. I did that within just a few days and to this point I have still not heard anything from them. I guess their customer satisfaction is not as big a priority as they said it was.

An absolute joy to work with, probably the second time in my life having an actual good time at a car dealership. They had a Nissan Xterra that my partner was very excited about, we made an appointment to see it and made our way down, about an hour and a half out from where we live. I noticed the website said "no haggle pricing" which, in my unfortunate experience, means you're gonna get low-balled on a trade in and they're not gonna budge for anything. We had an idea for how much we wanted for our trade in and to our genuine shock, they came right out the gate with the number we had in mind before we even had a chance to say anything. That to say, their no-haggle pricing is the real deal. We went through with the deal but the car wasn't ready to leave the lot as it still needed to be serviced. That was no problem, they drove it to us an hour and a half away for no charge. Amazing and friendly people to work with, would absolutely have no problem working with them again.

Definitely a 5 star experience. I traded in my Rav4 for a gorgeous xTerra they had gotten in. I had an appointment and I got right in with no wait and took it for a test drive. Fell in love and did the trade. There was no haggling over the value of my vehicle, which was a huge suprise at least compared to previous dealership experiences. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like they were on my side and just wanted me to get the best bang for my buck. The whole process was smooth and painless. We saw it on a Saturday and it still had to be serviced before the purchase. I lived an hour and a half away. So they accommodated and drove it out to me themselves once it had been properly serviced on Monday. Over all a very good experience! They got me a nice xTerra for a reasonable price and gave me a good value on my vehicle as a trade in.

Went in today to purchase a new vehicle for my mother. Was immediately met by Larry Rose. After some discussion, was disrespected by simply starting I wanted to look at numbers for 2 places. Was talked to poorly and told “I’m not going to play this game with you”. Took my business to the neighbor dealer and purchased a brand new SUV. Not happy with the way we was treated by this man and strongly recommend he changes his attitude.
