Always professional. They were busy today so spent a few minutes more then normal. It ok, the quality of parts and customer service I will wait a few extra minutes. They pay attention to their customers and will give advice on other brands ect.

I went in for a light bulb, they looked it up and gave me the wrong one twice. The man changed my FOB BATTERY and whatever he did, it no longer works.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not for the product, but the store. This was an online order that was sent to the wrong store. Staff refused to do anything or help in any way. I had to call, be pur on hold, and wait 45 minutes to cancel the order. While doing so I placed another online order. This time it was for Autozone. By the time I was done canceling with Orielly my duplicate order was being put in my car at Autozone.

Needed a low beam light bulb for my truck. In the store they have a QR code. You scan it with your phone and it helps you find the bulb you need. Great idea.

My boyfriend and I came looking for an oil filter for his car. We don’t know much about car filters and we let the O’Reillys employee Cole this. We told him everything the employee at Valvoline told us to tell him. He seemed like we were burdening him with our needs, even when it’s his job. My boyfriend and I weee super kind because there wasn’t a reason not to be until he started treating us like it was our fault he was not enjoying his job. My boyfriend told Cole what he thought we needed and Cole huffed because it wasn’t what he needed to put in. There was no help with figuring out how to find the numbers or types he needed. Just an expectation that we must know exactly what we are talking about to make his job easiest. Cole proceeded to go get the filter he thought we might need and then rang it up, looked at my boyfriend with no communication and then handed us our receipt. My boyfriend kindly said “thank you have a good day” and Cole responded with looking at us and making no expression or communication back. I understand you may not enjoy your job but the way Cole went about helping us was more than avoidable. There was no willingness to help nor did he seem glad to help at all. Bad customer service says a lot about the business’s priority’s and I hope that it gets straightened out because from here on out when I think of O’Reillys I will think of the bad experience only.

People actually know what their talking about and what to do to help. Probably done going to advanced auto and autozone. Tried to aquire the right belt for two weeks from other parts store. Was supposed to be 36 inches, same belt here was 3 to 4 inches shorter from the other guys.

We broke down on the way from Indiana and back to Georgia. We were able to call, tell them what we needed and have them bring everything to us on the side of the road!! Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to help us out!
