I’d say about every 2/3 times I come here they’re closed. Either for reno or just saying they’re closed with no reason at all. Definitely not 24 hours! SMH

The bathroom was closed I had to run across 5 lanes of traffic to get to the shell and I almost got hit while pooping myself I fractured my ankle while running to the shell up the grass hill bc there was a big rock hidden in the grass and there was a blind hole right after the rock where I went head first and got stuck for a second then when I peed my self but don’t worry I left the racetrac a little present on the floor mat I left my poopy pee filled righty whites right on the mat your welcome racetrac😁

Absolutely horrible employee who cleans the bathrooms. Run in there with a seven year-old child who is about to have have an accident in his pants and the lady is more worried about the floors and her 40 minutes she had spent cleaning them then to let us go in and use the bathroom when she was already finished. Next time she better hope someone doesn’t have an accident in the middle of the store.

Very disappointed in this place stop there to get some DEF last night and the pump messed up, went in and asked for a refund and they could not do it here’s the video for the proof. By the way, it wasn’t about the money. I’m not worried about a dollar. It was kind of the principal.

Very clean bathrooms and a fantastic froyo bar. I was blown away by how well-stocked and delicious it was. The kids are saying this gas station was the best part of our trip.

I don't know exactly what changed at this store, but the level of customer service I have gotten from Christy every time I've been in here is just over the moon excellent. The store seems to be much cleaner and the employees seem like they actually enjoy showing up to work here. The energy in the building is very inviting, and makes me feel very welcomed. 10/10 would recommend

Racetrac is gas!!! We love swirl world inside! Unlimited toppings and fill it as much as you can. Staff was also super friendly and helped out a ton

The inside of this gas station is very clean and welcoming. However, they have the worst gas pumps. Takes too long to get your gas there, so expect to sit there a good 30 minutes while your gas is pumping. I've tried different pumps and all the same.

why do you all say you’re open 24 hours if your employees are going to keep the doors locked up and chill outside on their phones for three hours.
