Kentucky State made the students pack up every break so this storage facility became a necessity. Missy Clark and her staff was wonderful at accomodating our needs both in size and financially. The 4 years here was perfect.

I've been using this storage facility since 2021. Missy is on top of her game in every way, helping me choose the right size storage units, trucks, trailers and even finding last minute movers. Grounds are well kept. I highly recommend this business for all your storage and moving needs.

I needed to have my old lock cut off as I had somehow lost the key. The lady that runs the rental center was so nice to meet me at my unit and cut that old lock off and was as pleasant as she could be. So thankful for her sweet spirit! Very helpful and nice as could be! Thanks again!!!

Such a great experience. The staff manager was so sweet and helpful when I had questions as this was my 1st storage experience. I kept it for over 6months in my time of need and I'd recommend the great value to anyone needing some extra space!!!

I had a 5x10 unit for a few years, having moved from my 2-bedroom Frankfort apartment to my NY house, and not having the capability or room to bring everything with me. The staff was always responsive, whether in person, phone, or e-mail. And, when they instituted a pay-online service, that made it all the easier for me. I have, since, vacated the unit, but, would not hesitate to use them, again, should the need arise.

Really nice management. Prorated my last month for me and let me split a couple of my payments in between paychecks. They were really helpful to work with while apartment searching.

I started using this storage unit ever since I came to college. The lady that would help me was very patient and understanding. She helped with a smooth move-in-out process. She always made sure that there was a unit for me. Even when came time to add a person to my storage, she was willing to help transition her to my storage. This was my first time renting a storage and it was amazing experience.
