I've had a positive experience with this facility. Due to circumstances beyond my control I've had to store things for a ridiculously long period of time. The grounds are well maintained and secure and when I've dealt with anyone in person they were always friendly and helpful.

Full of rodents. My storage building had feces in it and all over my things. I paid the monthly insurance for over 3 years and when I inquired about it I was told I didn’t have insurance even though I had proof of paying it for 3 years. Do not use this place, not to mention their drive to the buildings is all jacked up and not level.

It has been a year since I vacated so I can't believe they sent me a message asking for a review... But here goes.
Door was broken, reported but never repaired in a year but when they raised the monthly rate AND tried to charge me fees for under-paying what I had paid for 3 years I had enough. Did I mention the rat problem??
