“Placed an order online this morning. Was told it would be ready after 6:30 this evening. Couldny get there till 6:45. Order was not done. Someone on day shift put the order on hold rather than starting it or contacting us about the laminating issue. We needed the order today as we are leaving town in the morning. Anyway, a young guy who goes by Pepper, was working. He stayed and cranked out our order even though it was after closing time. I hope they keep him there, he was fast and efficient with the order. Very pleased with Pepper and his work.”
“Fed Ex is great. They have great drivers who are careful when dropping off delivery items. They take photos of the delivered items along with the address in safe portion of porch to prevent stealing”
