Sky Properties is definitely the BEST property management in town. The property I live at always looks great, I’m sure their others do as well. I have never experienced such fast service, and professionalism when I have ever needed any maintenance issues addressed. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new place !

I lived here for four years with my family and it was great. The property was extremely well kept, appliances got fixed quickly, when it snowed they always had everything salted and cleared out by morning, and other residents were very friendly. I got to talk to some as I would walk my pets after school. It was overall a great experience and it was a very convenient location to get to both sides of town!!

Perfect place to call home for a single mom, child, and dog! The property is well taken care of and always clean. My questions have always been answered in a timely manner and if maintenance is needed they have always been great about showing up as soon as possible to get things taken care of. All of the staff are great. I highly recommend Sky Properties!

Trash. 10/10 do not recommend. They blindsided me with my lease told me I couldn't renew it with their company when I have done literally nothing wrong. They've only given me a month to find a new place. I'm completely blindsided I haven't ever had any complaints always paid rent on time and I'm a quiet tenant. Screw this company.

Not even cool that you can’t give zero or negative stars. Don’t even deserve one star. Will literally rent you an outdated shoebox for a ridiculous amount of rent. You’ll pay it timely, and be a perfect tenant….and then not renew your lease. And, give you very little time to find something else. Won’t even give you a reason why….shady.

My friend has lived there for years and now since her lease her up and with no reason she now has a month to find a place. Things just don't add up, and I will never recommend Sky Properties to anyone.

I put in an application that is completely basic one page application which doesnt list all the requirements and information needed like 7 years of previous addresses that was asked for outside of my application & once processed they called saying work history was an issue because I haven’t been on my job for two years ? so instead having that listed and known ahead of time so people don’t waste there time for a $800 apartment and my income being beyond 3x they take applications and process them in snail motion ? after reading the google reviews i understand it completely. Young people of color please avoid its not even worth the process!

I've lived at Rockwood Apartments for 3 years and it's been a good experience. The maintenance takes care of issues within a day. When it snowed, they had people come out and clear the roads and sidewalks (still need to clear your driveway of course). One thing I wish for is that city offer recycling pickup here. It's a quiet, safe area.

If you're young and a person of color don't waste your time. They'll ask for absurd amount of information and with all of that you'll still get denied. They'll show you properties and magically within hours someone else has put a deposit down and it is no longer available. Can't speak to living there as I was not afforded the opportunity but everything from communication to customer services was a solid 1/10. Horribly understaffed and unprofessional.

I have lived in a Sky Properties Apartment since 2015 and they have been great. Affordable rent, quiet complex, pet friendly, and they do an amazing job of keeping upkeep around the grounds and the apartment itself. If you're looking for an apartment in Frankfort I highly recommend them.
