Didn’t have the items in stock for delivery and had to go to store to pick up! Didn’t receive my coupon discount offer until days after order was placed! Received order only to find out I was over-billed/ over -charged $25 dollars on discounted paper reams order which was the main reason I placed the order to start with! Evidently no Quality Control check on shipments, inventory of in stock items, and inaccurate pricing reconciliation from order to actual delivery

Would not recommend this location. I ordered custom business cards, and was told it would take about three days to produce. Currently, I've had to make 6 trips to this store...they made an error, and after I worked with the staff to clear it up, I went back to find they dropped the ball and thought they were still waiting on my instructions. Obviously the staff were not on the same page. Went back a few more times and the cards were "still being worked on." No one called when my cards were finally ready, about three weeks after I first placed the order. And guess what? They are STILL WRONG. IMO, staff needs better training, and management should make this right. As a local business owner, I frequently shop at that store, but not anymore.

This store is so slow. They deserve no stars. Waited in line forever while they took their time and took people in front of me and another person that was in line in front of me. One lady figured her Amazon return was more important then our purchase. Another guy brought his computer for tech help and got waited on before. You need to hire better people here. They are soooooo slow and don't care.

For some reason, staff aren't letting people in with 15 minutes left. Others have said they stopped letting people in around 6:30p. What the heck? If you're changing your hours, just say so, but don't keep customers out just because.

I like to support local businesses when I can. However, part of the problem is that local businesses simply aren't competitive. I went to Staples to get 110 pound white card stock. This is a absolute basic item you would expect to find it in the office supply store, and they were completely out.then I tried to pick up a USB-C charging cable and they had them, but at prices that were just not competitive. This is why people choose options like Amazon.

At this particular location, the Tech Sales Supervisor genuinely wants to help his potential customers. Cameron Quire went above and beyond what I would consider “normal” help. He was not only professional, but also dedicated to helping me resolve the situation I was in. I’m was very impressed and still to this day, grateful.

Excellent Customer service, great prices and sales. Friendly Associates to help you find what you need. I love the new Amazon returns feature in the store. Knowledgable Tech center, and the guys in the Photo department are top notch!
