Stockton Mortgage did my home loan and I could not recommend them enough. They were fast, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. I told them where I would be comfortable with my monthly mortgage payment and they worked with me to get there. They were able to help me qualify for down payment assistance so the amount I needed for a down payment wasn't nearly what I thought I would need, which came in handy when it was time to move in. When I go to buy a new home, Stockton Mortgage will be the first place I turn to.

Very unscrupulous company.Absolutely down right deceitful....Inquiring on a home equity loan and needed $600 appraisal fee. I delined the loan.Stockton then proceeded to put a FHA case number on the loan.

Not only did they slide an extra 4K in closing cost on my loan but then when the auto pay didn’t go though and my credit got hit they gave me the whole sorry not sorry song and dance you would get from any major bank.

Do not under any circumstance use Stockton!Daniel Silverman was my point of contact. He made multiple promises to me of quality service in a timely manner. Not enough time but I have emails and text messages that show where he lied to me on multiple occasions. The whole process took three months only to be declined at the end with him saying “yeah this happens sometimes.“ His management got involved and made several assurances of getting the loan closed by June 30, then by July 30, then they all disappeared when it did not go through and refused to talk to me by phone. After saying they could pay me back $650 for my out-of-pocket cost for the appraisal, they refused to do so at the end.I have never written a review like this, and I can assure you that Stockton treated me unethically. Do not use them under any circumstance as they will say anything to keep your business.

My wife and I just did our house closing with this mortgage, and we would highly recommend this mortgage company for the following reasons:1. Available and approachable from start to finish.2. We were informed all the required documents so we were prepared before hand.3. Our questions were responded quickly and we did not have stress in the process.

Ian at Stockton Mortgage has been exceptional with helping my wife and I with our refinance. We were so very happy with all the help that Ian was to us and made the refinance process a wonderful experience. Ian was always willing to go beyond to make sure our process was smooth and if we had any issues he was there to help us to get it fixed. Dave Green and Ashley Rider at Stockton Mortgage in Corinth are experienced experts and operate with a tremendous sense of urgency in order to serve their clients in the best possible way! These guys are keen listeners and are sensitive to the needs and wants of their customers. I honestly don’t know if it is possible to have a better mortgage experience than I just had with Stockton. They were super fast, I got a super low rate, I saved money in fees, and I was less stressed during the process!

I recently closed a house where I was the listing agent and Julie was the mortgage lender for the buyers. Even though we weren't working on the same side of the transaction, Julie went above & beyond to make sure that I was always in the loop as to what was going on and where we stood in terms of getting this property successfully closed! They continue to be very rude and unprofessional towards a mistake that is clearly pointed out and see in my escrow account. They raised my payment for escrow without any communication or reasoning. Customer service reps (4 of them) all could see the mistake but unable to correct it. All submitted for management to correct but no response. CEO continues to be rude and stands by that there is no mistake in the math. When myself and 4 of their employees have proven that there is a mistake and showed it in an excel table of the mistake. I am closing my escrow account with them. Completely unacceptable. No communication and when you demand for communication they are rude and unprofessional.

We were well pleased working with Stockton Mortgage. Cindy Vandiver came alongside us through the entire process. She was very professional, excellent response rate, valued our objectives for a refinance and cost sensitivity. She represented their brand with excellence and our closing was quick. Would highly recommend Stockton Mtg and especially Cindy. She came highly referred to us as well and met every expectation. They are truly the "Subject Matter Experts" in the hot mortgage world right now.
