The food was good but the customer service was HORRIBLE. The lady was rude to my man and I didn’t like it one bit. She gave attitude for NO reason, and got aggravated when I we was trying to order.

They do not honor coupons at this location! If we had known prior to stopping, we would not have gone. The workers do not know how to make the sandwiches on the menu and it's too loud in there for them to hear what you want on the sandwich. The prices have also gone up while the quality has only gone down.

Yesterday I purchased a BLT combo and asked for cucumbers and mayo added to the sandwich. When I get back to work I realize that my sandwich has bacon cucumber and mayo only on it. So I call them and let them know that they forgot my lettuce and tomato. They say come back and we will replace the sandwich, I tell them I can't right now and they say tomorrow then. I'm gracious and can't wait for tomorrow so I can finally eat what I ordered. At lunch the next day I take my receipt as they requested and go in for my replacement food. The supervisor starts to reprimand me on how to order a BLT and tells me that he will only replace it once and the next time I better order it right. I don't appreciate how I was talked down to and made to feel like them not knowing how to create a BLT was my fault. If I wanted only bacon I would have said that or asked for a bacon sandwich. BLT is just that and I am not his employee. I am a customer, it's their job to get the order right in my opinion. It is not my job to make sure that I say it right. He offered me the sandwich, I didn't asked for it and I don't appreciate being goaded into an argument before I was compensated for their mistake. I have been to this subway many times and not because of the service but because I like subway sandwiches. The people that work here really need to understand and learn American customer satisfaction. I don't appreciate being handled, talked down to, and reprimanded as if I just wanted to get a free sandwich out of them. If I had known that I would have to argue before being served I would have just counted it as a loss and went to another restaurant for my lunch.

Somewhat hidden off of US 127 one can always get a great sandwich at a reasonable cost. Good parking in front of store.

Update 8/2019- Looks like they have trained people on how to handle those paying via the app. Hooray!Disappointing and much work needs to be done on training the staff. Didn't know how to work the cash register when using Subway's own app that allows you to pay from a phone.There are a couple competent staff there and next time I'll only be buying a sub when they are working.
