I have a piece of mail that requires a signature. So I tried to go online using the QR code and reschedule. Their website froze both on a phone and a computer so there’s no way to do that. They don’t answer their phone and the one 800 number is a general customer service line that cannot help with the local branch. I have no idea what the piece of mail is but it’s not important enough for me to Chase after it.I’m unable to get to the post office to pick up the mail, because obviously, tomorrow’s a holiday, and normal people have to work during the day. You guys are going to have to do better. You either have to answer your phone or make your website work. This is the 21st-century, for God sake.

Loss of mail and packages. They never solve anything. Worthless. Different mailman every day. They don't care about your mail or property. Need to fire them all and start over, clean that swamp from top to bottom. Not even a star, 1/4 of a star. Tired of this.

Dude at the desk was as rude as possible, ignored me for the first 5 minutes and then treated me like I was trying to steal my own mail. Website says that when my address is mistakenly marked as vacant, all I had to do was bring in the slip to pick up my mail, guy said it was going to be dropped off when my carrier received the slip, I told him that is not what the website says, and he literally sighed like a little kid and went to check the back. There was nothing back there and I asked if they held the incoming mail for ten days like the website says, he said "It's really up to the carrier", and then took my vacancy slip and brushed me off.

Wish I had listened to the poor reviews of this office before I spent 2 weeks being frustrated and now ripped off $50.00 for a service they never provided. Changed all my bills to paperless so I don't have to deal with this. No wonder the USPS is having financial problems. Service is lacking and so is accountability.

I tried to get a package being sent to a wrong and incomplete address to be put on hold so the address could be changed. I called the day after delivery failed and was lied to, they said the package had already left the facility and was on it's way back to the sender. A week later and tracking hasn't changed, the package clearly hadn't moved. I try to contact them again and find my account disabled and the case closed even though nothing was resolved. I get in contact with them again, they don't know where the package is but someone marked it as human remains???Days after that I finally get a call from someone who has the package but they won't forward it to me because of a FEE!!! It's here, in my town, but because the sender didn't pay whatever extra, they didn't want to change it to the correct address and get it to me but they would SEND IT BACK TO CHINA.Employees were polite... and I'm sorry if I lost my cool with any of them. I think it's something in the system that's very broken.

The local McDonald's is operated and is more efficient than the Frankfort post office. I don't know if they are incompetent or just lack of accountability or just in general don't care about their job and/or it's community or what the problem is. Also I'm not for sure why they even have a phone number because they have literally never answered it in 20 some phone calls over the last couple years. It having a Google rating of 2.1 is extremely generous....

This place has literally screwed up our address change or lost it 3 times now. It’s insanely ridiculous. And zero chance of speaking to a real live person when you call now. Not that Frankfort ever answered the phone anyway.?

Who do I complain to about mail being delivered to wrong address. I now have to do a credit report and find out if anyone used my social security number because my card was delivered to someone else. this isn't the first time and I want some way of tracking my mail.

Very unprofessional. Never answer the phone and they lost my package. Said it was delivered and never got it and then they didn’t answer when I called from 2pm all the way to 5pm. They definitely need some new works, just because you close at 5 mean stop answering the phone at 4:30. And then they don’t have a store number but a hotline number. So unprofessional somebody need to take over and fix this issue
