2-13-24, arrived at 7:30pm to buy an iPad. Only one employee apparently working (beard and glasses) and he stated "I can't help tonight as I do not have enough time." Awesome customer service Verizon! AT&T is looking better and better.

Went to this store this morning and the man working there was arrogant, had an bad attitude towards me the moment I and my grandson walked in the door. Would only show us the highend phones. I left there and drove 30 miles to the Shelbyville store where Reice was very friendly and helpful.

Before you consider having a phone plan with Verizon; let alone going to this store in particular. Consider something like US Mobile because they have annual plans that are like $25 dollars a month, and use the Verizon 4G LTE coverage. So it's basically the same for nearly a 3rd or 4th of the cost. But if you ask one of the workers like Steve, who apparently knows everything about the phone industry, and according to him places like US mobile and mint mobile are like trying to get a signal 5,000 feet below under ground while your surrounded by hundreds of microwaves that are perpetually going off; all the while you are completely wrapped around by fiberglass insulation.In fact on the subject of Steve he has to be in my top 10 of rudest customer service/ retail workers; he's probably up there at number 4, maybe number 5 because Jim from Pizza Planet was pretty awful, so it's kind of a toss up for me. Not to mention he will happily sell you a $65 dollar phone case that is worth max maybe $25 dollars, and that is a big maybe. Not to mention a $35 dollar charging brick and a $45 dollar screen protector, and not that is not two or three screen protectors but just one. Not to mention if you bring up any sort of concern about the price he will get super defensive, and when I say super I mean inhuman amounts of defensiveness, that if a Bastion fort was a person then it'd be my man Steve at Verizon. And any sort of criticism towards him made me feel like I was watching The Karate Kid the way he was waxing on and off any legitimate criticism. On top of all that he will gaslight you into thinking he gave you a good deal and the products are top notch, in which you kind of do. But in reality like Verizon it is 3x's what you should actually pay. He's so good at that it kind of gives me a sense he use to work at a used car dealership. He did this all to my mom, so please if you have a loved one who is not technologically inclined please go with them because they will try to upcharge them.

My daughter traded in her iphone. We were told the trade-in value was $720 during the current promotion. Once I received the monthly Verizon bill, I discovered the trade-in credit was only $200. Verizon said I needed to contact Victra. I've been to Victra 4 times, and each time I've been told they'll take care of it. The problem has not been corrected and this has gone on for months now. I've been told the manager will call me, but I've have yet to hear from him. In the future I'll just go to Lexington or Louisville to a Verizon corporate store.

Travis, Went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and set up my new iphone. He was extremely knowledgeable and made everything easy for me to understand. I did not feel rushed as he took time to answer all of my questions. I definitely would recommend Travis in the Frankfort office for all your cell phone needs.
