They have been randomly closed for 2 days and won't be open for another 2 days. My son was diagnosed with bronchitis today and because they are randomly closed, I can't get his prescription and I can't get it transferred to another Walgreens because they're closed and haven't added it to his "profile". I've had other issues getting things filled timely in the past as well.

Once the pharmacy has your prescription it takes on average of 4-5hrs to pick them up. If you expect to use insurance, you can expect additional delays. My most current experience was my doctor sent a prescription to them at around 5pm on 9/13/23 and as of 5:30 pm on 9/14/23 my prescription was still not ready. I drove up to the pharmacy and they said it will be at least another 30-45 min. I get a delay of 1-2hrs, but 4-25hrs. Unacceptable!!!!!!!! If you choose to use this pharmacy, I hope you are not ill or depend on the medication to stay alive.

If after you called me 20 times to pick up my prescriptions, it would be nice. If the drive thru was open, you already took home Pharmacy away from us you could at least be open.

Placed an order Sunday morning for 36 count return address labels. The email said the order would be ready at 4:50pm. I go into the store at 5:30 and am told they can't print the labels because the printer doesn't do a very good job. Knowing that the printer is the issue, why could I not have been notified when the order came through instead of waiting 5hrs. Then this morning I placed the same order with the east side location per the suggestion of the west side location. The order was to be ready at 11:40 but I popped by at 10:30 while I was passing just to check. The employee pulled up my order and said it wouldn't be ready for another hour. I asked if they had the capability because of my issue already with the other location. I was told no problem, they just had a lot of orders. I return at 12:15. The order still wasn't ready and I asked as to why. The employee gets the manager and after 10 minutes of no communication with me while they visibly rifle through the back, the manager comes to me and says they can't fulfill my order because they don't have the labels. Both stores need to make sure the equipment and product they offer online is working correctly and in stock. A phone call would have been the bare minimum I expect but since neither store could provide that, I will do minimal business from here on out.

Tried dropping off a Fed Ex package, I completely understand that the package was over 50lbs and they couldn't accept. What I don't agree with is the lady sitting on her fat but eating Cheetos and being of absolutely no help. The lady with long grey braided hair was very friendly and tried to help the best she could. The other lady wouldn't even get off her lazy butt to help at all. She couldn't be bothered enough to help find a location that would accept a package over 50lbs, just sat there eating. The lady with the long grey braids is the only reason I'm giving a two and not a one, I would've given her a 5, she needs a raise. The other lady, which I believe is the manager needs to be either fired or made to take a customer care class. This interaction could've been so different, all she had to do was explain that they don't accept over 50lbs but hey let's get on the fedex website and see what options you have.

People who get in the medical field are suppose to have possess the skill of being compassionate. That's not the case with the individual I spoke with in the Frankfort, Kentucky Versailles Road location. For the past year and a half, I haven't been around too many people. Today, I received a phone call from an individual that I was around a few days ago doing the right thing by informing me that they tested positive for COVID19. I'm not upset by that at all, it happens. After this, I started researching places to go to get tested for COVID19 because I obviously want to get tested asap and get this over with as soon as possible. The individual I spoke with at the first place I went to was very polite, compassionate and informative but don't have anything open until tomorrow for testing. However, the Walgreen's location I visited sure was polar opposite. I spoke with a short, white lady with long blondish-brown, graying hair. I was wearing a mask, I have no symptoms of COVID19, I feel great. I addressed what has transpired very politely. However, instead of compassion and kindness, I was treated with total disrespect, she went well out of her way on lecturing me while on high volume, was obnoxiously rude, tried playing the guilt trip on me and attempted to humiliate me in front of at least 2 customers. I didn't need the lecture, I needed assistance. If I was on the Titanic and had to depend on this individual or a vicious shark, I'm taking my chances every time with the vicious shark. Walgreen's on Versailles Road in Frankfort, Kentucky isn't the only pharmacy game in town so I will ramble on and go elsewhere that is compassionate, polite and appreciates my business. I will never spend 1 penny of my hard earned money at this Walgreen's location.

Although Walgreens is very overpriced, they are convenient. This location is across from many shopping centers, which makes it very easy to quickly stop by. I frequently mobile order pictures here and have never been disappointed!
