Went to the pharmacy today to pick up my prescription just to find out they filled my prescription and somehow don’t have my insurance on file when I gave them my insurance card they apparently couldn’t put it through which I never had an issue at any other pharmacy, so I asked how and why did they fill the prescription if there’s no insurance on file? They had no answer for me and I just had end up having to switch to cvs WITH NO ISSUE on getting my prescription to me with the same insurance card I provided Walgreens , I don’t know if these people are new at their jobs or what but this was the most incompetent experience I ever had at a pharmacy, and they weren’t very helpful at all on how I could get my prescription so I will no longer use this pharmacy due to completely incompetent workers.

How can you refill a prescription on Thursday and then close on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday? Beyond ridiculous!!

Typical walgreens, wasn't super busy. Store was tidy, just not a lot of clearance that day.

An absolute JOKE. They bought Hometown Pharmacy which was awesome and now we are left with this garbage pharmacy. Always no less than 6 in line... so slow your talkin 45 minutes from that point. Never have the prescriptions in stock but dont let you know even though they were sent the prescription. We will never ever set foot in this store again. If you stay with this pharmacy..Good Luck Lemmings!

Went in 4 different times to get medication and they still were NOT ready. Absolutely ridiculous considering not taking medication everyday, as you should, can completely throw your system off.

Half the time when you get something called in here, if you don't call and remind them to fill it within a few hours they simply won't. Expect to get told to come back in a few hours even though it was called in hours ago, every single time you need your medicine. Definition of horrible service.

Placed an order Sunday morning for 36 count return address labels. The email said the order would be ready at 4:50pm. I go into the store at 5:30 and am told they can't print the labels because the printer doesn't do a very good job. Knowing that the printer is the issue, why could I not have been notified when the order came through instead of waiting 5hrs. Then this morning I placed the same order with the east side location per the suggestion of the west side location. The order was to be ready at 11:40 but I popped by at 10:30 while I was passing just to check. The employee pulled up my order and said it wouldn't be ready for another hour. I asked if they had the capability because of my issue already with the other location. I was told no problem, they just had a lot of orders. I return at 12:15. The order still wasn't ready and I asked as to why. The employee gets the manager and after 10 minutes of no communication with me while they visibly rifle through the back, the manager comes to me and says they can't fulfill my order because they don't have the labels. Both stores need to make sure the equipment and product they offer online is working correctly and in stock. A phone call would have been the bare minimum I expect but since neither store could provide that, I will do minimal business from here on out.

Service is always slow. But more importantly, there is a giant, car damaging pothole right at the entrance to the parking lot. How can someone not fix this???

It's a drugstore. You buy drugs there. Sometimes, you get other stuff. Basically, the whole store is like a big oversized checkout aisle with a huge assortment of last minute impulse buys with a department store price tag on them.

A little short staffed, but pleasant workers when they got to me.

Pharmacy employees are often rude. The pharmacy also takes forever; took me an hour to to pick up my medicine. Ive seen about 7 people give up and get out of line. I understand if they are doing covid testing, however this system is not working and their employees can just be simply rude. I know times are stressful. At least I got my medicine.

This staff is a special kind of slow. Only go if you have time and patience. And prayer, you definitely need prayer before going. Good luck if this is your pharmacy.

I have always had a pretty good experience in my interactions with the counter and floor employees at this Walgreen's. Tonight, I was specifically impressed with a young man named Jordan. He helped me find what I couldn't find for myself, he was professional in every way, and he was very nice to all the customers.
