People who get in the medical field are suppose to have possess the skill of being compassionate. That's not the case with the individual I spoke with in the Frankfort, Kentucky Versailles Road location. For the past year and a half, I haven't been around too many people. Today, I received a phone call from an individual that I was around a few days ago doing the right thing by informing me that they tested positive for COVID19. I'm not upset by that at all, it happens. After this, I started researching places to go to get tested for COVID19 because I obviously want to get tested asap and get this over with as soon as possible. The individual I spoke with at the first place I went to was very polite, compassionate and informative but don't have anything open until tomorrow for testing. However, the Walgreen's location I visited sure was polar opposite. I spoke with a short, white lady with long blondish-brown, graying hair. I was wearing a mask, I have no symptoms of COVID19, I feel great. I addressed what has transpired very politely. However, instead of compassion and kindness, I was treated with total disrespect, she went well out of her way on lecturing me while on high volume, was obnoxiously rude, tried playing the guilt trip on me and attempted to humiliate me in front of at least 2 customers. I didn't need the lecture, I needed assistance. If I was on the Titanic and had to depend on this individual or a vicious shark, I'm taking my chances every time with the vicious shark. Walgreen's on Versailles Road in Frankfort, Kentucky isn't the only pharmacy game in town so I will ramble on and go elsewhere that is compassionate, polite and appreciates my business. I will never spend 1 penny of my hard earned money at this Walgreen's location.
