“Online shopping is better because you get your rewards and kohls cash that way! But not so much in store .In store they do not have as much of a selection ?. But at least you can see if the shoes are plastic or real!! Haha watch out who checks you out, only certain people will take off your rewards. other than that I like kohls just need to carry better quality shoes.”

“I went into the JCPenney in Frankfort in need of a casual business ensemble: jacket, dress shirt, tie, pants, and shoes. My wife and I were in the beginning stages of trying to figure out what we could put together and starting to come to the realization that there is more to this, like collar measurements, arm length measurements, styles and so on. We were approached by Judy who offered some advice after hearing our discussion while she was straightening up displays near us. Judy assisted us in sizing, color coordination, my concerns about comfort as well as matching ties, and selecting shoes. I left there with everything I needed.
