“I think I may have been in one other TJ MAXX and I remember nothing about that one. My first statement to my wife this time, was that it was like a high end Goodwill, with new stuff instead of used. That's not a bad thing. I enjoy scavenging through peddles malls, yard sales and Goodwill. And I enjoyed this trip, with my wife, looking around. 4 stars because I liked it but didn't love it. I can't say there was much there I personally would make a trip for.”

“While visiting Frankfort from Baltimore, I found the Shoe Carnival behind my hotel. I was intending to just take a walk around on a beautiful day, but ended up in the Shoe Carnival. Six pairs of shoes and deep discounts later, I was looking for room in my car to transport these babies home. Exceptional customer service by Micah. She was amazing! So helpful and charming!”

“Online shopping is better because you get your rewards and kohls cash that way! But not so much in store .In store they do not have as much of a selection ?. But at least you can see if the shoes are plastic or real!! Haha watch out who checks you out, only certain people will take off your rewards. other than that I like kohls just need to carry better quality shoes.”

“I went into the JCPenney in Frankfort in need of a casual business ensemble: jacket, dress shirt, tie, pants, and shoes. My wife and I were in the beginning stages of trying to figure out what we could put together and starting to come to the realization that there is more to this, like collar measurements, arm length measurements, styles and so on. We were approached by Judy who offered some advice after hearing our discussion while she was straightening up displays near us. Judy assisted us in sizing, color coordination, my concerns about comfort as well as matching ties, and selecting shoes. I left there with everything I needed. I appreciated her care and her service so much! I know that anyone that goes in there to the men’s department will be in very competent hands with her. So listen, ask for Judy. Not only is she good at coordinating colors and fabrics but she is truly a kind person who obviously loves her job. She absolutely made my day!! Thank you Judy!! I will be back and I will ask for you!!”
