“Big shout out to a staff member. Lots of shoes, very wide choice, but a bit baffling on the shelf. ADA absolutely made this visit for us! We came looking for work shoes for our nephew. Ada was superb! She was knowledgeable, kind, patient, helpful, knew the stock and understood our situation perfectly. She was also gracious, friendly, and everything you could wish for. It wasn’t easy to find our way around the inventory, but with Ada’s help we got what we needed. Directly as a result of her helpfulness we bought one pair on site and ordered a second pair.”

We were approached by Judy who offered some advice after hearing our discussion while she was straightening up displays near us.
