Decided to get a new device, did all my research online, found the one I wanted, called my closest store and the boy working wouldn't tell me if it was in stock before making the drive to the store. Decided to purchase online instead. Sales people that don't want to earn commission is wild.

Worst customer service possible, was extremely rude, hung up on multiple times, was told if I wanted to file a complaint to call 611 but they’re independently owned so it won’t affect them

Lex was the most understanding knowledgeable and patient person I’ve ever had business with. All questions answered in a way I could understand and did everything she said she would do. Very very grateful for her service

I visited the store in Franklin ky and if you ever need anything from there lex is the best . I was giving a review a little bit ago and I pushed the wrong button so I Finally figured out how to give a review, it took me a little while but I found out how to go through google. Lex is one of a kind, she is very kind and helpful, she knows what she’s doing and I would recommend her to anyone.

Quite literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced. After multiple attempts to stop in to speak with the manager regarding an upgrade credit issue, I still have not been able to speak to anyone who can point me to what’s going on. Once the printer wasn’t working, the other times the manager was not there-Cole was on a phone call, and told
me the manager would be in today and I could speak with him. I went back in today AGAIN, and I was told that he never told me that and he would not provide me with the managers number to speak with him about the issue. This isn’t the first time he has been less than helpful. Most certainly will not be back to this store. Cole probably needs some training on how to handle customers and be more helpful to them, no one goes to ATT for fun.

The new store manager is GREAT! Takes his time to explain everything and makes you feel like you are somebody! Highly recommend this store for any phone issues or accessories. Love my new iPhone 15!!!

I went in the store close to closing..but the man that helped me was so very kind and patient…If I am not mistaking his name was J.P...my daughter needed to upgrade her phone so he went through and explained all our options thoroughly and even though it was close for them to close, he was very patient while we were making our decision.. Out of all the AT&T stores I have been to the store in Franklin Kentucky is by far the best store I have ever been to when it comes to the staff… Thank you so much J.P. for the wonderful service you provided
