“I’m not from the area and had some extra time to spare while I waited on my pup to get done with his grooming. Driving around I stumbled upon a Touchless Automatic carwash. I selected my wash of choice “deluxe” for $10, slid my card and drove through, nothing happened. I reversed back out and attempted to do the entire process again but being more careful than the transaction before, thinking I might have missed something. The transaction got approved but the wash wasn’t registering. I saw a number on the wash that said if there’s any problems, call this number. I called said number, and a man named Mike answered. He asked where I was and within 3 minutes, Mike arrived. He got the issue fixed so quick and my car looks incredible! Customer service isn’t what it used to be but not with Mike from WildCat Car Wash. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Mike!”

“I had my car washed on Thursday 11/13/25 at the Franklin car wash. A young man named Taylor was the attendant on duty. He was so very kind and helpful. He certainly went the extra mile to see that my car was clean. I will definitely look for him my next time going there.
He was top notch. #1 in customer service!!!”
