How anyone can wash their car fully in 5 minutes. Its stopped in the middle of me rushing to rinse the car. Every other car wash I've used like this basically counts up til you cancel. Then they charge you for the time.( Originally gave 1 star. Read the response and gave them another try and it worked as they said. Overall happy with the quality of the wash. Just would have liked a little more directions on how to add more time the 1st time I went. Maybe a sign?)”

“I had my car washed on Thursday 11/13/25 at the Franklin car wash. A young man named Taylor was the attendant on duty. He was so very kind and helpful. He certainly went the extra mile to see that my car was clean. I will definitely look for him my next time going there.
He was top notch. #1 in customer service!!!”
