Bought a phone from a cricket near me(not this cricket) and had a poor experience with the person at the store. I called this store up and the dude who answered helped me WAY more than the previous store did. If i could give 10 stars i would. Excellent customer service, will be buying my next phone from these guys!

Don't expect them to answer phone here, they don't 90% of time so take your chances on getting anything answered that way, but once there they have some excuss like they had their phone turned down?? No landline?? Gather! But they make up for it by answering questions and are helpful going out of their way for you. Will return and not just because they are only one close lol. OH! Beware the entrance into the parking lot, it's a drop-off your remember. There's like a 6 inch drop from main road into lot and you'll want to take your time over this rut.

Fantastic store and employees! It took about 20 minutes for Jacob to switch 4 lines from ATT postpaid to a Cricket family plan. Saved me a bunch of money!

The employees were very knowledgeable and very helpful. They have some nice quality phones at reasonable prices such as Motorola. I am very pleased with the service and the price. I recommend the place.

I can't remember the guy's name that helped us, but he was very knowledgeable and had my son's number changed over from Verizon in a matter of minutes. Saved me $70 a month so I'm happy, and my teenage son has his phone again so he's happy. I definitely recommend Cricket!

If I could give zero Stars I would. I went to cricket store here in Franklin Kentucky and purchased a new phone and got a new number. Come to find out my business email was hooked to my old phone number. I go back to the cricket store 2 Days later and they cannot give me my old phone number back. I told him I was willing to pay whatever it cost to access my old phone number and they totally was unhelpful. I'll soon never use cricket again this is the worst service I've ever had.

Well some of the staff are friendly I like the store and some of the staff and the store is very convenient to me but the management that runs the store is very very unprofessional watch out if you work there they will share your employment history to some stranger off the street which is an employment law not to share that information. Someone needs to have training with the supervisor there and train her on Employment laws and treat all employees the same no different just because of race.
