If I could give a 0 I would! Had a reservation scheduled at the end of June. Called THREE TIMES verifying that everything was good to go. Called at 10AM today to insure they was dropping the vehicle off at the body shop where my car is being fixed. They told me yes at NOON. Called at 12:30 they told me they didn’t have the vehicle and that I would be given a truck at full price, that I was out of luck and could try calling the Nashville TN location for something like I needed. Called all Enterprises no where within distance has a vehicle til Monday. Again this reservation was made with an insurance claim in JUNE!!

There was a mix up in getting a rental which caused a delay in getting a car. I received a call yesterday that my rental was being delivered and because of the mix up they were bringing me a very nice luxury car. To me that's going above and beyond. I would have been happy with anything that worked. Thank you Enterprise!

Reserved online. Received a confirmation number. Received a call 5 minutes before picking it up after dropping my car off at the mechanics and was told there were no cars. I was then told to maybe eat somewhere and they would call me when one got there. It's been two weeks and still no call. Glad I didn't wait around

Pitiful!My insurance company makes arrangements for me to get a rental car, per my policy, the company manager Mitch calls on Thursday evening to set up a "pick up" for Saturday morning at my house. THEY DONT SHOW UP!I call to confirm the pick up and Mitch says "oh I forgot."I am now arranging for transportation to pick up my transportation.
