Goes out for days at a time not fun is not fast at all

I haven't had anything but problems with fastnet internet since I had it installed!!! I have the best service offered and still lag! Price is what's the best thing about fastnet internet! I always have to unplug and plug it back up just to reset my internet.

Use to be really good. Now every single weekend "something" happens and we have a outage. I thought the first time it happened that it was a legit problem but now that it's been dang near every weekend I'm starting to wonder
