My daughter had internet as of September 1, 2025 and was shut off that day. She tried calling several times one answer and no call back. Went to business to pay her bill and to notify them of her internet was not working and no one was there as well. Some man was outside saying the same thing was happening to him. Poor business of not notifying costumers if there was an issue or if they have went out of business. Seeking other services!

I loved this internet company tor years. Over the last 3 months, however, the internet has gone out 3-5 times per month. Nobody answers when you call them and they don’t return phone calls! I have made 6 phone calls in the last 4 weeks and I never received a returned call. You should not be allowed to leave for the day without notifying customers of the problem and an anticipated resolution. You have people that work from home and you are affecting their jobs

I have a family of five and I have to do my work online and it stopped working for a couple of days and I was fired because I was not able to do my job I called them to report the issue and they said we don't serve you kind (I'm African American) and then they made me pay them for calling them unn acceptable

I haven't had anything but problems with fastnet internet since I had it installed!!! I have the best service offered and still lag! Price is what's the best thing about fastnet internet! I always have to unplug and plug it back up just to reset my internet.

100-150 mbps at $79-$99 is a major ripoff!! I don’t even have to back that up by myself. Just try watching a movie on both. It just doesn’t make sense to waste $$ on a guaranteed disappointment.I tried it last year it would have been less frustrating to just flush it down the toilet!! What A waste!!!Maybe $15 at that speed but still lagging/buffering will happen at those speeds!!Junk at any price!!!!!

If you have more than one option for internet, don’t pick this one. Unfortunately for us, we don’t. Service is slow, no matter what speed you are paying for. It goes out constantly and the company communicates NOTHING. We haven’t had internet for a week! It was finally working today but is now out AGAIN.

Internet signal is unreliable. After months of spotty service, I reached out about download speeds being slow. A couple of months later, 2 guys show up unannounced knocking on my door. They were nice but whatever they did to fix the issue, didn’t help. I called customer service. Customer service said they called but couldn’t leave a voicemail. I use my phone for work and receive many voicemails each day. I was told they could come out anytime they want without an appointment because they own the dish outside. I could see their point if I was behind on my bill. I have faithfully paid on time. If you sleep during the day due to work schedule, this may not be the company to chose for your internet service. Download and upload speeds are not the speeds advertised.

We've had it for 7 years because it's our only option. We pay the highest price for a business package since I work from home. It always goes out at least once a month. Usually when we call no one answers. This past Wednesday night it went out because of a storm. The tower went out. Was supposed to be fixed Thursday, Friday comes and they say it'll be fixed by close of business. Here we are mid day Saturday with no internet & they're closed on the weekend. I'm having to use PTO to make up for hours lost. It should've been fixed before anyone could leave

I decided to give these folks a try, after a fellow RVer mentioned how well the service worked in the LTVA LaPosa South. Both, while at the same location, and now while at a local RV Park, the service has been excellent. A phone call to their office for fine tuning, at both locations, proved to be super helpful. And, when my signal acted a bit funny out of the blue, a representative came to my site and had me bug free in no time. Wish this service was available nationwide!
