I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Larhonda who did my taxes for me. I felt so comfortable with her as she explained all the information to me for my taxes. I definitely will be back next year! Thank you Larhonda! Finally, a person who knows how to treat others as she would want to be treated! Way to represent Jackson Hewitt, high five!

Appointment went fine , was charged the most I've ever been charged to file. My state refund has been approved and sent for direct deposit but it's been 2 weeks and the funds have yet to be deposited. Can't call the location because it just says voicemail box full and hangs up. Won't use Jackson Hewitt again.

Jessica Chambers is the absolute best! She was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! It was a smooth experience. This is our 4th year having her do our taxes, I refuse to go to anyone else. If you need your taxes done go ask for her!

If it wasn't for the lady that did my taxes at Jackson Hewitt I would have only got back a couple of $100 and said of a couple thousand it made a big difference if I completely had missed something on my taxes so thanks to her I actually got back a tax return this year otherwise like I said I wouldn't got nothing and she was very professional I had bad experience with them last year this year was great.. I highly recommend Jackson Hewitt for your taxes
