Showers were disgusting balls of hair still on the floor hair on the shower wall stuff still on the sink truly unacceptable the employee cleaning them should be fired it's 2149 on 08/24/25

Tried calling to have pizza made so ready when I arrived like I've been doing for 15 years and lady who answered said I had to prepay like they don't have a glass display to sell if unclaimed. Some people don't bring their brains to work.

Had the absolute pleasure of being greeted by Teresa at 2am warm sincere greeting and smile…all while efficiently ensuring the best coffee on the interstate was fresh, the milk, 1/2&1/2 full and properly dispensing. Counters spotless. Floors and bathroom “very” clean. Shelves stocked and she was the only one I saw working. She’s a keeper, true asset…management material for sure. Please thank her as it’s rare to see such proficiency and all with a wonderful sincere smile. Thank you Teresa…you’re appreciated!!

An African-American young lady working here very rude disrespectful plays a lot behind the counter. I don’t understand they were just playing more than they were taking care of business and I am an African-American man and it’s very hard for us African-American people to get jobs and this is the reason why because young people are playing instead of working that’s why I started my own transportation business. Denise is wonderful and great but the flying J with all of the young people playing behind the counter is not business and it’s not professional they could be cleaning the laundry area. They could be wiping things down they could be sweeping the floors. Everybody don’t need to be behind the counter, jumping around dancing in playing

Teresa and Lisa are one of the most amazing women I have gotten the pleasure to meet. They are extremely supportive and understanding. They have changed my mind and showed me kindness is still out there. And I happened to have found it lastnight at that pilot. Great customer service!!!
