Better bring soap, cause my shower had nothing but empty dispensers and big chunks of brown crud on the floor and in the shower. They tend to run out of x-large cups and not restock until you ask for one. You'll be waiting 5-10 minutes on that cup. Last 2 times I've been there anyway.

The black guy that y'all have working here just trying to steal $200 from me. Come in to get a cash advance off of a EFS fuel card. I paid the fee with cash. He takes the money for the fee and hands me my receipt and then tries to argue with me telling me that he put my cash advance on my fuel card. It's called a CASH advance. Y'all need to get rid of that dude. Happened at 3:30 AM on 09/08/2025. Did not see another employee in the store so it should not be hard at all to narrow it down. Has an absolutely crap attitude and a tattoo on his neck

I Usually Only Stop At Loves Bc Pilot Has Been Known To Have Dirtier Bathrooms But Stronger Water Pressure But This Flying J Has The Cleanest Bathrooms and Showers I’ve Ever Seen.. Much Appreciated For A Weary Traveler

Here is some things that you will find at this wonderful place I’m putting it on Google earth so that the general manager, Miss Tammy, the one who hung up on me will get to see them. I hope her regional manager also sees them. Don’t worry Miss Tammy this is a common occurrence at most of Mr. buffets, stores.

One of the worst, no holding of reserve parking,just show up and park anywhere doesn't even have to be a parking spot. Waited over 2 hours for a shower with 2 people ahead. Employees were on break

I often come here because of my route. The showers are always dirty, and moldy and it seems like they don't clean the toilets after the shower is used. There is always a mess and the towels look like they are rarely cleaned. I end up using my own towel because the Pilots are so gross.
The night cashier is rude and very disrespectful. I witness her treat a customer with respect than be completely disrespectful to the following customer who asked for help. I hate to think it's because the second customer was a colored person but this is kentucky after all. Pilot you need to fire better. Half these employees look like they do meth on their brakes in the bathroom.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nothing but rude, obese workers with privileged attitudes who only care about white customers. Showers are gross, moldy and outdated. If you want to be treated less than human, with total disrespect, this is the place for you. Thanks pilot.

Good experience at the Pilot. Clean bathrooms, and they offer showers for a fee. Lots of gas stalls to choose from. Good Wendys on premises.
