I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this t-mobile. I have been a member with t-mobile for over 7 years and have never had this done to me before. I went in and added another line [7th line] to my account [which has been open for roughly 7 years] and was excited to find out that I could receive a new galaxy s23 FE as part of a promotion. I gladly jumped on this sweet deal after having been informed that all I would have to pay was the activation fee and taxes for the phone. Several days later I log into my t-mobile app and realize that my monthly bill skyrocketed significantly more than I had been told it would. I check to see what I was being charged for and to my surprise, insurance [which I have never gotten even with phones I have purchased myself] had been added to the free phone that I received without my approval or authorization! I have been coming to this location for several years now and the workers were really great. However, recently, there have been newer workes and faces there [i was told that the older workes got promoted]. I am extremely disgusted with what transpired here and honestly feel very violated. This t-mobile location and their workers CANNOT be trusted. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or deal with t-mobile over the phone.

I am not an easy person to please. But Dylan, Scotty and Ari were there to answer every question I had. Even some I didn't know I needed to ask. Scotty is a new hire with 2 days under his belt, he had so much knowledge about the device and how it can make my life easier. Dylan was excellent on the cost, getting me the correct plan for the family and helping me learn more about T Mobile. Ari has a great staff in Franklin. She got all the numbers from Verizon changed over quick!! Glad we made the decision to go with such a great team. I can say I look forward to being a T Mobile customer. Thanks to them, they ROCK!!!

I'm am floored at the customer service we just got at this store. A complaint was filed! We have been customers for 8 years and the girls ( customer service reps) that was in the store on01/02/2023 seemed to be bothered that we even came in. They didn't won't to help us at all! We was gonna start a bigger family plan and as of today we will not be customers anymore! We have paid the bill for 8 years and the girl with the glasses was straight trying to be slick! She started off with ( we'll see you get a bill every month and you have to pay it! I responded with odiously we know how to pay a bill because we been customers for 8 years! She wrote a number down and told us to NEVER COME back in the store! I guess she didn't expect someone to reply to her smart comment! She thought she was gonna get away with it! That's how this store treats customers of 8 years!

Customer service is non-existent. Why even bother having a store front if employees can not make changes (with the customer there of course) to an account without they themselves having to get on the phone. Dylan tried to be helpful and I don't blame him for the companies policy's. But, T-mobile seriously hinders the ability of its employees to actually help customers.

My husband Tony and I changed over from Metro to Tmobile 5G earlier this week. Laura got it done for us explaining everything along the way. She was great ? and we highly recommend her and the gang at Tmobile in Franklin, Kentucky.
