I have to say Josh was amazing help to me buying a riding mower. He had all the answers and even strapped it down for me. I would give him a pay raise for going above and beyond his job. Thanks again Josh for all your help Lou. Ps love the cub cadet.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Absolute terrible management!! They all need to be fired because they absolutely suck. Never have grain in stock never orders it never knows when they will get it. Been fighting with them for a year to keep the grain in stock and they don't. All the other tsc in a 50 mile radius can keep the grain stocked except for this store. They absolutely suck and deserve to he fired.

Waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told they were not doing propane refills. Even though as we pulled up someone was having a tank filled. Poor customer service.

Not the best customer service via phone.Forget about calling and getting an answer, they don't answer phones here, but that's at a lot of places.I will say it's individuals that make it a better sales experience and I was waited on quickly for propane gas fillup. I used the convinient ap they have for refills and I was waited on in less than 1 minute. I would return.Store is well stocked.

Always have what I need with pretty decent prices. They have a pretty good rewards system but would be nice if you didn't have to spend so much to get the coupons.. The staff is always friendly and helpful though and make it a great experience!

Came into TS last night looking for ointment for our nosey chi weenie that put his nose in business it didn’t belong and ended up with a wound on his face. So we were looking for something that would help him out and Robin pointed us in the right direction. With her extensive first hand knowledge with her own farm animals she gave us a run down on why she uses iodine and then suggested an ointment that we could use. After throughly flushing the wound with iodine and putting the ointment on, his face looks so much better! Thank you for your helpful suggestions!

we were traveling in an rv and were out of propane. Called Tractor Supply in Franklin and they said they could fill our propane tank if we could get close enough to the fence. We were able to pull up close enough after they moved to pallets of merchandise and several wheel barrels and three feed bunks. This is one of many reasons why we like tractor supply,thank-you Robin and your helper,appreciate your above and beyond service
