ATM seems to be down a lot especially on Saturday mornings! Would like to feel as if when I need some cash I could drive through and get it!! Needs attention!!

I have banked here for 4 years and the staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Just recently I had to get some bank records for a home purchase. They had my records printed, signed, stamped and scanned in less then an hour. They did an excellent job and knew exactly what to do to help me out. Never had a problem with this bank.

I have been banking with US bank for years and never experienced worst customer service then I have when using their drive thru today.I went to cash a check for rent from one of my tentants it was no good. They had wrote their rent check out of the wrong check book. She comea back to the window shaking her head no saying its no good here. I say to her it's no good? What do you mean it's no good ?I had never had a problem cashing their rent check before and was unsure if maybe it was an issue of the check not being specifcally written to me. She just keeps repeatedly saying it's no good as i'm asking her to telling me why isn't before finally telling me the funds weren't available that's why!! I'm like ok that's fine I just needed to know why so I could tell my tenants what the issue was it was an honest mistake on their end as I have never had any issue with them paying their rent.But that woman was extremely rude with her attitude and demeanor.If this is how you treat your customers then I can easily bank somewhere else who have better customer service then this.

Staff is nice. Drive thru is absurd in its design. You must enter from behind the gas station.

The worst drive through I've ever experienced in my entire life. They only staff around 2 tellers at a time and if it is busy on the inside the teller leaves the drive through window and helps the customers inside.

The drive through is inconveniently located as you cannot get into it easily from the front of the building, and there is construction going on at the gas station next door, the ATM took our brand new US Bank debit card and when it asked us to please remove the card, nothing happened and it was midnight on a Saturday, trying to mobile deposit before leaving state on a work trip. We left a note and called their posted number on Monday. Have not yet received any response.
