“My family have been going here since I was born and since I picked up my beagle in 2019 I started to go to them as well. If you want the best quality care in Franklin or BG, go here please. They will treat your animal like family, give compassion and kindness, and won't BS you about anything your dog needs. They might be a little pricey but I think it's worth it for the quality of care they give. A big shout out to Clair Crocker and Tara Conway who is extremely thorough with Mini (My dog) and will answer any question I have with her wellness. you guys are great. The only thing I wish they had was an emergency doctor on standby. I heard they quit having emergency services last time I checked. That's the only aspect with this business that takes away a perfect score for me. 4/5”
