I was camping at RRG and my car got stuck on a drop off. I called Tim and he arrived before his ETA previously provided. Once he got there, he was able to remedy the situation in no time, without damaging my car. Apart from being obviously knowledgeable and efficient about what needed to be done, he was SO KIND. I am so grateful! I highly recommend.

Had my car fixed here. Very awesome priced. Much better than Dutch's Ford service, which i bought my car there and it came with a lifetime power-train warranty. However when my axle shaft was making noise I called to make an appointment and they said my lifetime warranty has expired??
Lesson learned that Dutch's car dealership is a shady place to get a vehicle. I wouldn't buy a pull wagon from there ever again.
But thanks to Tim's shopin good to go and back on the road! Thanks to all the ppl who make it a good place for affordable service done right.

We have had work done on our truck and car, more than once, and have been extremely pleased with mechanical service and with how we were treated. We intend to use no other garage for our needs. We highly recommend them. We hired their tow service to get our car to their garage, also, and were pleased.

I locked my keys in my car late at night in the middle of nowhere with nothing but a bottle of water on me. Tim responded quickly and provided wonderful service. I would give him a ten star review if I could. He turned a terrible situation around in no time. THANK YOU TIM!

I was in the area four days with an RV when my truck broke down. They came to the campground with a tow truck, repaired the truck, and delivered it back to the campground within 48 hours.

Tim was great to deal with. Thankful there are people like Tim out there. Was broke down on weekend, they showed up and made being broke down as good as it can be.

Drove my truck there paid $3778 and had to haul it out on a tow truck and won't refund my money... don't let these ppl touch you car...you would think a deputy would run an honest business...

Tim and his crew at Neighbors Garage Towing are wonderful people! My husband and I found ourselves in a bit of bind with our F250 and 24’ trailer and these guys didn’t even blink eye at helping us out! Great people and great service! Timely and extremely reasonable in pricing! We are thankful for their help and would highly recommend them!!

Tim and his crew are great people!. They went above and beyond to help us. They are extremely careful with your property, in our case, an F250 and 24 foot enclosed trailer. We arrived at a rental at 2am and realized quickly we were in a bind, on a very steep hill. These guys got my trailer safely off the mountain and felt like people I knew my whole life when we were done. HIGHLY recommend this service in your time of need. I can’t thank Tim and his crew enough!

We were warned by local friends that prices were outrageous. We decided to give the garage a chance & benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately we were sadly very disappointed & won't use the garage again. Cost was high for price per work done. Our vehicle was towed only 11.2 miles & the cost $300. The Pitman arm in the vehicle had snapped off. Labor was 300.00 to install the part. My total bill was 806.56.After talking to other mechanics I'm told it was an hour of work at the most. So apparently their mechanics charge $300 an hour. Other mechanics told us we were scammed. We should have listened to advice given prior.
